Home description                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    The Bungalow, positioned in an area of outstanding beauty in the centre of the villages of Mojacar And Los Gallardos. The property is o nly 10 minutes from Mojacar and Garrucha beaches, 15 minutes from the district hospital and 30 minutes from Almeria airport.The property is quietly located within a picturesque urbanisation and has stunning views from the terrace over the pool and out to the mountains of Sierra Cabrera.The property immediately looks over the gardened area containing the large communal pool, so great for familys with children.

The urbanisation set amongst lush palm trees and foliage will have 24 hour security, private parking space, communal swimming pools and tennis courts, bowling greens, shops, cafe, bar-restaurant and a lake. When complete, the urbanisation will offer all the necessary services to enjoy a safe quiet and pleasurable vacation. In the meantime you are only a short walk away from the village of Los Gallardos.

The resort of Mojacar is made up of 2 distinctive areas. The old pueblo, perched on the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera mountains with stunning views of the Mediterranean coastline, traditional whitewashed villages and charming narrow streets, where an array of hidden treasures are to be found. The old village adds charm to this popular resort with tiny shops and intimate bars – and truly has a traditional Spanish feel. 

Although the village of Mojacar remains the same as it has for centuries, the relatively recent development of Mojacar Playa boasts 9kms of unspoilt coastline ranging from empty coves to beaches having been awarded the EEC blue flag for cleanliness. Mojacar Playa has much to offer, with an abundance of fine restaurants, beachfront chiringuitos, bars, hotels and shops catering for all tastes. For watersports enthusiasts, excellent activities are available such as water-skiing jet skiing, swimming, fishing, diving, boating and yachting. 

You are within 5 minutes of the LosGallardosVillage. Ideally located for easy access to all the nearby towns, Los Gallardos is an old village that still retains typical Spanish charm with traditional village housing.

Los Gallardos represents o ne of the gateways to the Levante of Almeria. Many archaeological sites bear out its past as an early Roman settlement, at Cadima, on the banks of the river, and as far as Alfaix, which when illuminated at nights looks magical.

Mojacar / Los Gallardos area

There are a variety of bars, restaurants and shops along the seafront. Explore Mojacar village – the old town, with its narrow streets, charming Spanish character and eat/drink in one of the many quaint bars and restaurants. The village is is only a short drive away.

Although car hire is recommended to explore the area, there is a regular bus service along the sea front and up to the village. Taxi’s are also available.

There are many places to visit during your stay. The tourist information centre situated on the seafront will be able to provide details as required.

Feel at home in this bright comfortable quad bungalow. Three bedrooms downstairs,one being the master bedroom with air-conditioning with two bathrooms to this floor. on the solarium floor there is a further bedroom to sleep 2, with en-suite facilities and separate entrance.
