We require a deposit of £125 pounds, plus a security key deposit of £50 pounds which will be refunded after inspection of the property and all keys have been returned. The remaining balance should be paid in full 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO TRAVEL. Changeover day is flexible. To save you doing any work whilst o n your holiday, there is a 50 euros charge payable locally to cover cleaning, laundry etc at the end of your stay.
